Our backend systems then automatically start searching for any backdoor hires, and keep looking according to the term of your client agreements. For example; if one of your client agreements requires the client to notify you of a hire within 12 months of introduction, then you simply enter the date of first introduction and the term of 12 months. Our system will keep scanning throughout this period.
